Where are your products made?

All our products are lovingly handmade in Australia using a mix of natural and crafted materials.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you'd like a custom fairy door or miniature, please reach out via our Contact page. Custom slots are limited.

How long will my order take to ship?

Items usually ship between 3-5 business days. Custom orders will take longer depending on the complexity but I will advise of this when you place your custom order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship Australia-wide. International shipping may become available in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a solution but as these items are one-of-a-kind and handmade, any replacements will not be identical to the first.

Can children play with these items?

All of our pieces are designed for decorative use only and must be kept out of reach of children. Small parts may be a choking hazard for young children.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to love your magical treasures! If you’re not satisfied, here’s what to do:

At Little Leaf Lane, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will happily arrange a store credit or refund for any item that is defective or damaged in transit upon return of the damaged goods.

Custom Orders:

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty.
